From at 2009-12-26 22:28:37 : On most wards these rooms were used as individual bedrooms offices or staff locker rooms .Only the two locked wards used them as seclusion rooms and then only two of them,each seclusion had to be directed by a doctor and strict observation had to be documented.I realise this was not the case in years gone by.
